The State of Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide a facility management software solution, along with maintenance and support services, to improve the management of work orders, maintenance activities, and inventory tracking. The selected software must be a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) accessible via both mobile devices and desktop browsers, ensuring flexibility for staff whether in the field or at a workstation.
The vendor will supply ten user licenses and deliver three years of ongoing maintenance and support for the system. Required features include a browser-based dashboard, mobile compatibility (specifically with iOS and Department of Revenue state-issued mobile phones), and robust communication capabilities via the mobile platform. The system must also offer the ability to configure user roles and permissions, allowing only authorized personnel to perform tasks such as creating pick-tickets, logging inventory usage, and managing inventory returns.
Additionally, the software should provide a comprehensive calendar view and/or Gantt Chart to visualize all scheduled jobs. These features aim to streamline facility management operations and support efficient coordination among staff members.
