DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive facility fencing and gate services for a government authority in Southern Nevada. Services include as-needed maintenance, repair, and installation of various types of fences, gates, bollards, and property markers across multiple facilities. Emergency repair services are also required under this contract and must be provided promptly as needed.
The scope of work encompasses inspection, maintenance, and repair of damaged or deteriorated fencing, as well as the replacement of components such as posts, rails, mesh, panels, or fabric. Application of protective coatings, including rust prevention treatments and repainting or corrosion protection, will be necessary. Contractors are also responsible for the upkeep and installation of gates, which involves adjustments and replacement of hinges, latches, rollers, guide posts, and other hardware to ensure proper alignment and safe operation. The contract is for a one-year period.
