The government authority in Allegheny, Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to provide facility automation services. The project includes the installation of valve actuators, flow meters, and level transmitters to enable automatic plant operation during high flow events.
Scope of work includes actuator and instrumentation installation, conduit and wiring, as well as power and control panels. The selected vendor must supply disconnect switches, panel boards as specified in drawings, complete feeder and branch circuit wiring, control panel, and all required wiring for panels and instrumentation. The control panel manufacturer is responsible for full startup, testing, debugging, and putting the control panels into final operation.
Questions related to this RFP must be submitted by March 23, 2026.
