The government authority in Tennessee is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive facilities management services. The selected provider will be responsible for structured oversight and strategic direction, collaborating closely with a committee composed of key stakeholders, including executive and operational contract managers, representatives from the central procurement office, and the designated contractor director. Participating addendum contract managers for relevant entities may also be included at the state's discretion.
The committee will meet monthly during the first contract year to monitor implementation, address any transition issues, and establish baseline performance expectations, fostering ongoing collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement in the delivery of facilities management services. The contract period will span four years. Interested vendors must submit all questions by March 20, 2026. Attendance at a mandatory pre-response conference on March 16, 2026, is required.
