DESCRIPTION

A government authority located in Springs, Colorado seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive facilities audit services. The selected firm will be responsible for auditing buildings, building components, and systems, as well as system components within the facilities.

The audit will focus on multiple areas, including architectural and structural systems such as foundations, structural frames, wall systems, roofing systems, and exterior envelope performance to ensure code compliance.
