The government authority in Jackson, Mississippi is seeking a vendor to provide facilitator services to support state-level diabetes coalition initiatives. The scope includes conducting research on existing diabetes coalition models from both state and nationally recognized best practices to inform Mississippi's approach. The selected facilitator will be responsible for organizing and planning council meetings—including agenda development, meeting priorities, preparation of materials, and documentation managed in a shared drive.

Additionally, the vendor will design and produce branded program templates for meeting agendas, note-taking, presentations, and advisory engagement. The engagement strategy must encompass four bi-monthly Diabetes Advisory Council meetings (two in-person and two via Zoom), along with developing a coalition transition strategy to sustain collaborative efforts. Ongoing communication and advisory support are also required throughout the project duration.
