DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide facilitation services for district visioning and stakeholder engagement across multiple towns. This includes organizing visioning sessions, fostering community engagement, and building momentum towards a shared district vision.

The scope of work requires conducting a comprehensive needs assessment, gathering and analyzing multi-year trends related to enrollment, academic performance, school climate, and finances by town, school, and grade.
