DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide facilitation, planning, and strategic partnership support services for a series of retreats and work sessions. Responsibilities include session preparation and agenda co-design, logistical set-up and support as needed, facilitation of work sessions, strategy partnership, and provision of typed notes from sessions and meeting supplies.

The service provider will facilitate activities that encourage creativity and connection, ensuring that events clarify strategic priorities and direction with input from multiple existing plans and emerging needs. The process includes communicating a strategy reset to create clarity and focus for the upcoming year, as well as guiding group discussions and activities to address ideas and concerns related to advancing leadership initiatives.

Additionally, the vendor is expected to support strategic alignment across leadership teams and program areas, ensure meetings are well-planned, effectively facilitated, and outcomes-driven, and provide clear documentation to support implementation efforts.
