The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking statements of interest and capability from qualified vendors to provide a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) risk management software solution for the Program Management Office. The solution should accommodate 75–200 users and four administrators. This request is part of a market research effort to assess available products and determine the appropriate acquisition strategy, including potential set-asides for small businesses.
Interested vendors are invited to submit a capability statement, including their contact information and details on their software’s help desk, training, and support options. Vendors should also outline available licensing models, such as annual or perpetual licenses, as well as their ability to scale the number of licenses, transition data, and provide product demonstrations. Preliminary pricing information is also requested. The FAA will use the collected information to evaluate market offerings and competitiveness.
This is an information-gathering initiative and not a solicitation for formal proposals or offers. Costs incurred in responding to this Request for Information (RFI) are the vendor's responsibility.
