The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, is conducting a market survey for the design–bid–build construction of facilities supporting the F-35 aircraft at Ebbing Air National Guard Base in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The planned project includes the construction of a 50,000 square foot, three-bay aircraft maintenance hangar, along with a 3,000 square foot parts storage building, a 1,500 square foot equipment storage building, and a 2,000 square foot hazardous material storage building.
This announcement is a sources sought notice intended only for preliminary planning. No contracts will be awarded based on this request. Interested firms are invited to provide information relevant to their qualifications and capabilities for the project, which will support the deployment of F-35 aircraft. Submissions will assist in determining the availability of responsible sources for the anticipated solicitation.
