DESCRIPTION
This project requires a qualified vendor to provide fabrication and installation services for a new exterior signage program. The selected signage fabricator will be responsible for removing existing exterior signs as identified in the sign message schedule and replacing them with newly fabricated signage according to specific placement and installation instructions.
Key requirements include installing signage 15 feet from a light pole, ensuring the front edge of certain signs is approximately 4 feet from the curb, and referencing provided photos and site maps for exact locations. Work also involves interaction with existing interpretive signs and maps to ensure accurate, seamless installation.
Vendors are required to submit any questions regarding the RFP no later than April 24, 2026. A pre–proposal conference is scheduled for April 9, 2026.
