SUMMARY

RFP for an AI-driven human risk management and behavioral analytics platform that measures, simulates, and mitigates cyber risks from human behaviors across multiple attack vectors.

DESCRIPTION

The organization seeks a comprehensive platform for Extended Human Risk Management (HRM) and Behavioural Analytics. This enterprise solution will move beyond standard security awareness by deploying advanced tools to measure, quantify, and mitigate cyber risks resulting from human behavior using AI-driven simulations and automated risk scoring.

Key requirements include establishing real-time risk scores at both departmental and individual levels based on interactions with simulated and actual threats. The system must provide multi-vector attack simulations across all social engineering channels, such as email, SMS (smishing), voice (vishing), and QR codes. An automated phishing reporter should analyze reported emails through multiple threat intelligence engines and remove malicious content globally from all inboxes.

The platform will feature an AI-driven simulation engine capable of deploying localized, role-specific simulations that mirror current adversary tactics, including business email compromise, multi-factor authentication (MFA) fatigue, and deepfake-style requests. A centralized behavioral risk dashboard is to be implemented for the CISO office, enabling tracking of human resilience ratios and identification of high-risk users for specialized intervention. Seamless integration with email clients for one-click reporting and an automated "search & destroy" function across the mail environment are also required. Additionally, the solution is expected to establish a reward-based training environment based on nudge theory, encouraging positive security behaviors while minimizing disruption to routine operations.
