An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive export management services for federally funded international grant programs. The selected vendor will oversee all aspects of multiple grant-supported export initiatives, including the Market Access Program (MAP), Regional Agriculture Promotion Program (RAPP), Agricultural First Trade Promotion Program (AFTPP), Emerging Market Program (EMP), and Quality Samples Program (QSP).
Key responsibilities include managing financial resources such as processing receipts, invoices, and expense claims, as well as administering the annual budget in accordance with grant fund allocations. The vendor will assist in the development of strategic plans, participate in representative meetings, identify new international export market opportunities, and foster synergies among programs. Additionally, the vendor will work directly with offices in targeted and prospective markets to support the overall success of the grant programs.
