DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide an expert profiling system designed to support multiple universities with distinct, public-facing, and searchable expert profiling websites. Each university’s website must be separately branded with its unique logos and colors, while a system-wide site will combine all expert profiles into a common platform.
The system must allow users to search for experts using keywords and conceptual searches that leverage scientific vocabularies, thesauri, and taxonomies. It should organize expert profiles by university-defined groups, such as colleges, departments, institutes, and centers, ensuring ease of navigation and discoverability. Additionally, the platform must support cataloguing academic journal publications to create comprehensive expertise profiles that highlight subjects and areas of interest as identified in each expert’s body of academic work.
The contract will be awarded for a period of one year. Prospective bidders must submit any questions by March 20, 2026.
