DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide experiential marketing partnership services, focusing on the conceptualization and creative development of unique, brand-aligned experiential activations that fulfill specific marketing and business objectives. The partner is expected to deeply understand attendee motivations and craft meaningful experiences that resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities include reliable onsite setup, management, and tear-down of activations at various indoor and outdoor venues, as well as ongoing coordination with venue management, event organizers, and third-party vendors. The partner should regularly share comprehensive perspectives on innovation and effective strategies within experiential marketing, maintain a digital archive of all reports and deliverables, and ensure seamless transitions that do not disrupt ongoing marketing intelligence activities.
