A public health organization in Quebec is seeking an experienced agency to provide experiential marketing and outreach services in support of various public health campaigns. The contractor will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies designed to engage diverse target audiences through interactive, experience-based events and multi-channel outreach activities, both in-person and digital.
Key deliverables will include event planning, creative asset development, stakeholder engagement, and comprehensive performance reporting. Campaign topics may cover areas such as healthy living, substance use, food safety, and infectious diseases. The agency will be expected to handle strategic planning, production, management, coordination, and execution of each campaign, including the development of annual strategies, detailed work plans, timeline management, coordination with other contractors, budget oversight, and initiative evaluation.
Services will be rendered on an as-needed basis via Task Authorizations throughout the one-year contract period. The selected agency must demonstrate capacity for creative program development and effective outreach to various populations, with a focus on achieving measurable campaign objectives.
