DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide expert consulting services to support the development of an institutional strategy for experiential and work-integrated learning (EL/WIL) within a university setting. Responsibilities include collaborating with university leadership and key partners to assess current EL/WIL activities, identifying opportunities for program and partnership growth, and crafting a coordinated strategy that strengthens student learning outcomes, career readiness, and engagement with the broader community.

The work will involve conducting an institutional review and environmental scan, engaging with internal and external partners, carrying out external reviews and benchmarking against best practices, and developing a comprehensive strategy and implementation plan. The consultant will deliver a proposed institutional EL/WIL strategy, detailing the vision, guiding principles, and strategic priorities. The contract period for this engagement is one year.
