The project requires the expansion of pharmacy and radiology services for a government authority located in Independence, Ohio. The selected vendor will be responsible for demolition and removal of over 32 square feet of drywall, framing, hard ceilings, doors, and minimal infrastructure such as electrical circuits and branch piping.
Scope of work includes the installation of new walls, ceilings, and doors, encompassing framing, drywall or plaster, and all related construction activities. Additional requirements involve plumbing tasks such as installing new sinks, showers, toilets, and the necessary plumbing infrastructure. Temporary shutdowns of potable water systems and other utilities including steam, heating/hot water, condensate, and medical gas systems are also part of the project scope.
Vendors must ensure all aspects of demolition and new installation are conducted in compliance with relevant codes and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
