Chula Vista Elementary School District
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A vendor is sought to provide and implement expanded learning opportunities program (ELOP) management software for a school district. Implementation services are required to configure and deploy the platform, supporting administration, enrollment, attendance tracking, communication, and reporting needs across all school sites participating in the district’s expanded learning programs.
The selected software must include a web-based registration portal with mobile accessibility, enabling parents or guardians to view available programs through a dashboard interface showing activities, program descriptions, and enrollment availability. Program and participant management functions should allow for the creation and administration of sessions, activities, time blocks, and site assignments. Real-time attendance tracking should be supported through mobile devices with options such as barcode scanning, QR codes, and manual entry, coupled with safety management tools.
The platform must provide broad communication capabilities including email, text messaging, and automated phone notifications. Data management features should include customizable reports for administrators based on enrollment, attendance, demographics, and program participation. Administrative and security features should offer robust role-based access controls. Integration with the district’s student information system (SIS) is required to enable automated import and synchronization of student data. Training and supporting materials for various system functions are also to be provided.
