Kansas Department Of Administration
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A government authority in Kansas is seeking a vendor to provide an Expanded Information Technology Deployment (ITD) Program Plan service. The project includes developing a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)–compliant Expanded ITD Program Plan and Top-Level Design (PP/TLD), assessing current ITD core and expanded capabilities, identifying integration needs, deficiencies, and enhancement opportunities, and establishing a comprehensive implementation roadmap, governance structure, and performance framework.
The selected vendor will document all system interfaces—including interface diagrams, data exchange requirements, types and protocols, and existing or proposed Interface Control Documents (ICDs)—and demonstrate interoperability with FMCSA systems and partner agencies. The goal is to ensure continued eligibility for FMCSA ITD and High Priority ITD (HP–ITD) funding while supporting project readiness, sustainability, and phased implementation over a one-year contract period.
