Exclusive Beverage Sponsorship Service

An Arizona agency is seeking proposals for an exclusive beverage sponsorship for its annual Fair, scheduled every year over Labor Day weekend from Friday through Monday. The selected sponsor will be recognized as the "Official Beverage Sponsor" of the Fair for the entirety of a five-year contract term. This exclusivity ensures that no other beverage brands will have a physical or visible presence at the Fair, and all non-alcoholic beverages sold by the carnival purveyor and vendors must be manufactured or distributed by the designated sponsor.

The sponsorship package includes significant promotional benefits such as exclusive recognition in Fair publications, advertising materials, and on digital platforms. The sponsor will receive a complimentary 10’ x 20’ booth space at the Fair, including a tent, tables, chairs, and electrical access. Additional benefits comprise logo placement on printed materials and signage, several public address announcements during the event, and a full-page advertisement in the Fair Book distributed widely to businesses and the public. The sponsor will also have access to the vendor list, contact information, cross-promotion ticket packages, 100 one-day admission tickets, 50 parking tickets, and 10 credentialed vendor badges for re-entry.
