The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide exclusive athletic branding services for middle school and high school athletic teams in Texas. The selected vendor will supply custom athletic uniforms and team apparel, including an agency-selected brand to be used exclusively for team uniforms and game-day apparel for designated high school sports.
The scope of products includes team apparel, practice uniforms, game uniforms, footwear, athletic fan gear, sweatpants, sweatshirts, coaching gear such as shorts, pants, and polo shirts, travel bags, and miscellaneous items such as socks. Questions must be submitted by May 19, 2026. The resulting contract is expected to run for four years.
