DESCRIPTION

The agency seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive photography services for use on their website, program, portrait gallery, and social media. The scope includes official portraits of the agency council and event coverage for the annual investiture ceremony and dinner.

Photography services for each of the 10 inductees require individual portraits taken in relevant settings, with three plaque-mounted 4x6 inch prints per inductee, featuring 3/4-inch laminate with a black bevelled edge. The selected vendor must deliver color and black-and-white retouched digital files for formal portraits and additional files as needed for media, public, and agency member requests in various formats such as JPEG and TIFF.

Two photographers are needed before and during the investiture ceremony, ensuring full event coverage. All images must be delivered with full rights, in digital format, professionally edited and retouched, along with ongoing digital file support for seamless access and archival quality. The contract will run for one year.
