Events Production Services

Additional requirements include the provision of rental tents for backstage artist hospitality where suitable facilities are unavailable, parking arrangements for event staff, and sound checks and equipment repositioning for each artist performance. The vendor will manage scheduling and operation of all transportation needs for both artists and production staff, provide lighting for event breakdown, and handle promotional materials and social media links to ensure effective marketing for artists.
