A two-year contract opportunity is available for comprehensive floral design services to support events across the nation. The selected vendor will deliver full-service floral solutions for events ranging from 20 to 500 attendees on an as-needed basis. This includes premium sourcing and custom creation of all event florals, installations, centerpieces, and decorative accents tailored to each event's specific needs.
Responsibilities encompass collaborative planning with clients to develop cohesive floral design concepts aligned with the vision, brand, budget, and venue requirements. All arrangements will be sourced, prepared, and handcrafted in a professional studio setting, followed by coordinated transportation, precise installation, and dedicated on-site management to maintain and refresh the designs throughout the event. At the conclusion of each event, the vendor will professionally dismantle and remove all floral installations and related décor, ensuring a thorough cleanup. Services are required on a nationwide basis, supporting events in various locations.
