DESCRIPTION
The vendor is sought to provide comprehensive event stage and A/V production services for a carnival or small concert event. Responsibilities include supplying and managing the stage, power, audio, and lighting setups. The vendor must handle all aspects of stage setup and teardown and secure any required permits for the event.
The event requires a self-contained power solution, such as a generator, capable of supporting all audio, lighting, and DJ equipment. The audio setup must include a professional-grade sound system for clear and powerful audio covering an outdoor space of approximately 100' x 100', with adequate subwoofers for a concert-like sound experience. The vendor should supply a mixing console appropriate for DJ use, at least four wireless microphones for MC or announcements, and ensure a qualified audio engineer or technician is present onsite throughout the event for technical support.
