DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide event shuttle services for scheduled routes on June 25, 26, and 27, 2026. The service will include two primary shuttle bus routes:

The Parking Shuttle will operate from the NPS-designated parking area, transporting visitors to the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument. Shuttle frequency is anticipated to be approximately every 6 minutes, with a 15-minute loop including dwell time, running from 0700 through 1810. Four buses will operate simultaneously, with two distinct time periods in place to ensure driver safety and compliance with maximum drive-time requirements.

The Reno Benteen Shuttle will pick up visitors at the battlefield monument, stop at Last Stand Hill Monument for passenger pickup/drop-off, and proceed to Reno Benteen Monument, including a 15-minute dwell time. The contract period is one year, and questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by April 29, 2026.
