DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive event seating solutions along with related components, accessories, and services. This includes the supply and installation of permanent seating structures such as indoor and outdoor grandstands, bleachers, various types of frame and beam structures, telescopic and arena seating, press boxes, scorer's tables, announcer stands, and fixed seating systems.

The scope also extends to portable and temporary seating, including portable and tip-and-roll bleachers, mobile risers, stage decks, modular staging, temporary event seating, folding floor seating systems, and rental or lease equipment for temporary event needs. Premium and specialty seating options, such as loge, suites, club seating, tiered premium seating, upholstered and high-back chairs, performing arts and theatre seating, auditorium and lecture hall seating, fixed or motorized seating, and technology-integrated seating solutions, are also required.

Supporting products will encompass guardrails, skirting, crowd control barriers, access ramps, shade structures, individual seat accessories (cup holders, armrests, cushions), replacement and upgrade components, and identification systems for seats and rows. Service requirements include pre-construction planning and conceptual design, structural engineering (including PE-stamped drawings and certifications), permitting support, installation and project management, demolition and disposal of old seating, safety inspections, and ongoing or preventive maintenance programs, with the potential for multi-year service contracts.
