DESCRIPTION

The City of Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive event rentals service to support a variety of public events held on city property and other approved locations. The selected vendor will serve as a reliable, flexible, and cost-effective source for event equipment rentals and related services, including delivery, installation, on-site support, and removal.

The contract will support signature city events such as the annual Daddy Daughter Dance—a semi-formal 90-minute event including music, dancing, and light refreshments, Freedom Fest—a Fourth of July celebration with food, music, and fireworks, the Employee Picnic celebrating city staff, and Merry Main Street—the city's major holiday gathering. The contract period will last for one year.
