DESCRIPTION

The city is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive event production services for a 'concert in the park' and other special events throughout the year. The scope includes full-service event management, production consulting, and logistical support for various city-sponsored occasions such as community celebrations, Halloween Extravaganza, grand openings, ground breakings, and an America250 celebration.

Key responsibilities encompass supplying and operating professional stages, sound systems, lighting, and staffing for each event, along with musical talent procurement and management. The vendor will also be expected to provide tenting and infrastructure, including vendor and specialty tents, as well as the layout for each event. Family activities such as bounce houses, inflatable games, and sports or other children's activities are required.
