The vendor is required to provide comprehensive event production services for an upcoming event in South Carolina. Services include sound reinforcement throughout the venue, up to 60 push-to-talk microphones integrated with a request-to-speak system, and all necessary control, processing, and cabling equipment.
The event setup involves 10 floor monitors positioned centrally in hollow square tables to display live feeds and presentations simultaneously, as well as 4 projection screens in the corners of the room for delegate and attendee viewing. Graphics and playback computers, a digital speaker timer system, and all associated cables and equipment are also needed. Additionally, broadcast-level lighting must be provided for individuals seated at the hollow square table.
Vendors must ensure plug-in power sources for each table and all required power for audiovisual and IT needs. Various rental framing structures of multiple sizes, wrapped with event-branded printed banners, are to be supplied. A listening room should be created, featuring a video and audio stream from the plenary.
