The event must feature a family-friendly concept appropriate for attendees of all ages. The vendor is required to provide all necessary event infrastructure, such as lighting, structures, displays, and equipment essential to support the event's operation.
Additionally, the scope includes comprehensive event management, including staffing, security, ticketing, and guest services to ensure seamless operation. The vendor must coordinate event layout and scheduling with the city, adhering to established capacity limits to maintain public safety. This includes thoughtfully managing pedestrian and vehicle flow, parking arrangements, and emergency access protocols. The contract is set for a one-year term.
