The selected vendor will be responsible for event planning services across Ontario, with a mandate to plan, program, and oversee between five and eight events scheduled between June 2026 and December 2027. These events will vary in format and size, ranging from roundtables and networking gatherings to innovation summits, plenaries, and conferences.
Expected services include developing event concepts, creating programs and agendas, conducting venue research, handling venue selection and booking, and managing coordination during the events. The vendor will also be tasked with sourcing and managing vendors for catering, audio-visual needs, signage, photography, and videography. On-site event management, logistical support, and ensuring accessibility and inclusion requirements are met are also essential responsibilities. Additionally, close coordination with program staff is necessary to ensure alignment of all events with program goals and targeted audiences.
