DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering public bicycling events in May 2026 and May 2027, with a focus on family-friendly activities that inspire riders of all ages and abilities. A minimum of eight events must be organized each year, totaling sixteen events over the two-year contract.

The consultant will develop graphics suitable for both print and digital use to advertise the biking events, including postcards for outreach and digital graphics for the website and social media. A dedicated website featuring event registration functionality must be created, and comprehensive promotional efforts—including press releases, banners, posters, paid media, and social media materials—are required.

City staff will be involved in coordinating the posting of prepared graphics and text to the City's social media channels, while the consultant will handle all paid media through local publications and websites.
