DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide event photography services for over 150 events taking place throughout the region in September 2026. The selected photographer will be responsible for covering 10–15 of these events and must deliver at least 15–20 professionally edited images per event.

Services may include drone photography and videography where applicable. All media files, including web-optimized images (jpeg format, 100 dpi), must be delivered within 14 days of each event. The agency will retain ownership of all produced photographs and video content.

Photographers are required to grant the agency and event hosts a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use all submitted media for marketing, promotional, and informational purposes across print and digital platforms. Image editing and preparation of files are also part of the scope of work.
