DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive event photography and videography services. Responsibilities will include capturing the event’s branding, participants, group and candid shots, and speaker presentations. Photographers must deliver high-resolution images via digital download, organized in clearly labelled albums for easy access.

Videographers are expected to record participant interviews and collect high-quality b–roll footage. Deliverables include raw, unedited footage of three interviews, a 90-second montage and recap video complete with voiceover, and two stand-alone 60-second videos. All content must be provided in a timely manner and meet professional production standards.
