DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Kansas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive event parking services for large-scale events, aimed at delivering a superior guest experience. The selected vendor will be responsible for managing customer-focused parking operations, improving ingress and egress times, supporting donors, premium/VIP areas, and ADA guests, and integrating modern parking and mobility technologies where appropriate. Consistency in staffing, reporting, and communication processes across all event types is required.

Event operations will include football games (45 to 50 posting positions per event, averaging 7.5 hours per position) and men’s basketball games (51 to 55 posting positions per event, averaging 4.5 hours per position), with suppliers expected to adapt to attendance, weather, and operational variabilities. Additionally, there will be special event requests on an as-needed basis. Estimated event frequencies include 6–7 home football games and 15–18 home basketball games per season, with special events as required. Vendors must prepare questions by March 11, 2026.
