DESCRIPTION

An agency is seeking experienced photographers to provide event, marketing, promotional, environmental, and portrait photography services for use in web and print publications. Photo assignments will include capturing events, sites, people, seasons, as well as producing portraits of employees, leadership, students, and event attendees that convey professionalism and a welcoming energy. All portrait sessions are to utilize natural, environment-oriented backdrops, rather than studio backgrounds.

Photographers are expected to deliver quality-of-life images and enterprise-style shots suitable for a range of media, including outdoor signage, web, social, and print. Images should meet minimum size requirements of 3,000 pixels wide, with some larger marketing pieces requiring images of 5,000 pixels or more. Photographers will be responsible for securing agency release forms for each shoot. Event photography must be executed in a journalistic style, and after portrait sessions, clients will be presented with image selections for final editing and delivery as high-resolution, press-ready photographs. The scope also includes editorial/artistic photography that tells a story about abstract concepts such as technology, workplace, or culture.

The contract will be for a one-year term. All questions about the RFP must be submitted by May 12, 2026.
