DESCRIPTION

The organization seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive event management services on an as-needed basis. Services will include high-quality, risk-aware, and strategically aligned event planning, coordination, and management. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing detailed workplans, timelines, run sheets, speaker flows, floor plans, and briefing packs as required for each event.

Vendors must also prepare event risk registers that address operational, reputational, and safeguarding risks, along with appropriate mitigation strategies. On-site services will encompass coordination of setup, rehearsals, live execution, registration, session transitions, speaker support, technical operations, and active timekeeping for strict adherence to event schedules. Where applicable, the vendor will provide logistical support for accredited media, coordinating registration, seating, technical access, and press areas as directed.
