DESCRIPTION
A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive event management services for two major community events: the Fall Cultural Festival held in September and the Winter Festival in December. The scope includes support for all aspects of event planning and execution, covering both large-scale community festivals and smaller pop-up gatherings.
Areas of responsibility include full logistics management, site setup and teardown, coordination of tents, tables, and chairs, waste management and litter control, event communications, on-site management during the events, and post-event reporting and evaluation. Sponsorship development and management are also required. Vendors will need to develop detailed per-event proposals for each festival, tailored to size, scope, and projected attendance, as well as provide ongoing planning and coordination services on a monthly retainer basis.
