An experienced event manager is sought to oversee the comprehensive planning, organization, and execution of the Capital Coaches Conference in Washington, DC. This premier coaching event is expected to attract approximately 400 to 450 attendees.
The event will feature two keynote speakers, along with four time periods dedicated to concurrent breakout sessions. Each breakout session will last between 50 to 60 minutes, with five to eight workshop sessions scheduled during each of the two morning and two afternoon time slots.
The selected event manager will be tasked with leading all aspects of conference operations, including venue coordination, scheduling, and on-site logistics. Additionally, responsibilities include developing and implementing a marketing and communications plan to promote the conference and maximize attendance. Marketing assistance and expertise in outreach to targeted audiences are also required.
