DESCRIPTION

A photography services contract is being solicited to provide comprehensive coverage for district-approved events over a three-year period. Services will include the documentation of school ceremonies such as award nights, graduations, and promotions, as well as academic events, performing arts programs, athletic competitions, and community or district functions.

Photography support will also be extended to organized groups, including clubs and organizations (e.g., National Honor Society, robotics, band), faculty and staff groups, administrative teams, and special program cohorts such as magnet programs and leadership academies. Additionally, coverage is required for athletic and extracurricular teams spanning varsity, junior varsity, and middle school levels, as well as spirit squads and academic teams.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 15, 2026. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering professional event photography services across all specified school, athletic, and community activities as outlined by the district.
