The government authority in Texas is seeking a vendor to provide event food pantry operations support services for designated Integral Care locations. The scope of work includes grocery retrieval, inventory management, delivery, unpackaging, shelving, and staffing during live pantry events.
Additional responsibilities entail participant intake, assisting participants during shopping, real-time shelf monitoring, inventory restocking, maintaining rigorous food safety standards, and managing onsite event flow. Retrieval site operations and delivery duties are primarily scheduled for routine weekday hours, while live pantry events generally last around three hours.
The contract term is for one year. All vendor questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 31, 2026.
