The selected vendor will deliver an event drone light show, including a 15–18 minute synchronized aerial display tailored to the event's theme. The provider will be responsible for designing and executing the show, ensuring that all creative elements align with the client's vision and event requirements.
All necessary permits and regulatory approvals must be secured by the vendor, in compliance with FAA or applicable local aviation regulations. The provider must ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines throughout the show, and develop a comprehensive contingency plan in the event of adverse weather.
Responsibilities also include managing the full setup, live operation, and teardown of the drone fleet, assuring a seamless and compliant event production.
