This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive event and performance lighting, rigging, and production systems and services. The scope includes a wide range of lighting systems such as theatrical, performance, architectural, decorative, and holiday lighting for both indoor and outdoor environments. Deliverables cover LED, intelligent/moving lights, house and work lighting, landscape and façade lighting, seasonal displays, festive elements, dimming systems, power distribution, weather-rated fixtures, and lighting control interfaces tailored for venues such as auditoriums, theatres, gymnasiums, multipurpose rooms, campuses, stadiums, parks, and civic spaces.
Vendors are expected to deliver rigging, truss, and structural support systems, including fixed and motorized rigging, truss structures, towers, hoists, battens, winches, and safety systems. All components must comply with relevant safety, engineering, and building codes for both temporary and permanent installations.
Additionally, the RFP includes requirements for audio-visual, production control, and show integration systems such as lighting control consoles, show control platforms, media servers, networking infrastructure, automation, and cueing systems. Full integration with audio, video, staging, and facility systems to support various functions—including live performances, events, assemblies, and instructional activities—is required.
Comprehensive services including needs assessment, design, engineering, drafting, analysis, project management, fabrication, installation, commissioning, testing, and documentation are also required. The selected vendor must be capable of integrating these systems with existing facility or campus infrastructure.
