The State of Texas is seeking a vendor to provide an evaluation and support management system designed to manage and assess the performance of teachers and principals. This system will be utilized to collect and analyze data for both the Teacher Evaluation and Support System (TESS) and Principal Evaluation and Support System (PESS), capturing their respective results to inform decision-making processes.
The proposed solution should facilitate the determination of educator performance and growth, offering robust functionality to help administrators identify targeted areas for professional development.
