DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Illinois is seeking vendors to provide ethernet transport services, specifically point-to-point transport between state offices and ICN Points of Presence (POPs). The solution must ensure a minimum of 99.98% availability averaged over 30 days and deliver guaranteed synchronous bandwidth.

Services are required to be operational 24/7/365 with a one-way delay of no more than 18 milliseconds and jitter not exceeding 12 milliseconds. Vendors must be able to aggregate multiple VLANs onto single or multiple parent circuits, and must support circuit handoff to ICN POP sites via options for single or multiple 1 Gbps circuits, or 10 Gbps circuits.
