DESCRIPTION
The Major Projects department is seeking to procure and implement risk analysis software to support consistent and reliable estimate development throughout any stage of project development. The selected program or application will support various portfolio management areas, including Cost Control, Planning and Scheduling, Estimating, Quality, Risk, and Change Management.
Professional services related to the software implementation must be included, such as onboarding, training, and the provision of comprehensive documentation. Additionally, vendors must provide a robust support model detailing the methods for raising tickets, support hours, ticket severity response times, and overall issue resolution processes.
The contract will cover a period of one year. All vendor questions are required to be submitted by April 3, 2026.
