DESCRIPTION
NASA Headquarters requires the renewal of ESRI ArcGIS software maintenance services. This contract will be awarded on a sole source basis to Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc., as they are the exclusive provider of the required software maintenance.
The procurement will be conducted in accordance with federal acquisition regulations for commercial items and services. Organizations that wish to demonstrate their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill this requirement may submit information for consideration, which will be reviewed solely to determine the potential for competitive procurement. The ultimate decision regarding competition rests with the Government.
