This RFP seeks vendors to provide services for the modernization of an ERP system through Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS). The scope includes the acquisition of Oracle Fusion Cloud licenses, as well as the upgrade, migration, and support required for transitioning from the current on-premises Oracle EBS modules to the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud solution.
The selected vendor will be responsible for upgrading and migrating the Oracle Cloud ERP solution’s advanced benefits module, ensuring cloud readiness if needed. Additional components involved in the modernization include the current database architecture and version, Oracle document management system and WebCenter content, Oracle Internet Application Server Enterprise Edition, warehouse and inventory management systems, integrations with third-party systems, and reporting tools such as Splash Bi and Discoverer.
The contract associated with this project will span a period of three years.
